ABOUT SAKADA

SAKADA is a nerdy poet/writer who loves to play with words, metaphors, and stories. Sakada has committed herself to helping woke people create well-framed political conversations that will wake up their friends and family to vote Democratic in 2020.

Her degrees are in Journalism (University of Michigan-BA) and Creative Writing (Antioch-MFA). As full-time university faculty, Sakada taught at both undergraduate and graduate levels. She  works with private clients as a ghostwriter and writing/book consultant.

She is available as a speaker and consultant for Save Our Democracy topics and political message framing. She also offers Save Our Democracy workshops and “Think Tanks.”
